Vuze formerly known as Azureus is the first torrent client to launch a counter attack against internet service providers that drop and forge data packets sent by the users. It is starting to become the Torrent Wars of 2008. The counter measure to be used is a plugin for the Azureus torrent client, called the Network Status Monitor. What it does is, every 10 minutes, the plugin will check the number of reset TCP connections within your computer system. The plugin will show the results to its users. If for instance you unchecked the Share Results box, it will send the collected data to Vuze’s website. Which will disclose the errant isp,that interferes with their client’s internet traffic.
