A Virtual ISP or vISP obtain services from a different ISP provider, known also as a wholesale ISP which customers can access the Internet and are owned and operated by the wholesale ISP. The authentic ISP providing the service creates income from the calls and may also share a proportion of the revenue with the owner of the vISP.
